MOM is like a big con job under her care. In the past few years, she screwed up so badly on the dorms issue, she happily sacrificed Singaporean's to welcome CECA. Job market for locals only recovered when COVID-19 prevented foreign workers from coming in. MOM grants for SMEs were not disbursed, she spent more manpower to deter applicants. MOM inspectors only check soft targets, make SMEs give them report for superficial things while workplace safety in construction, shipyards, recycling facilities were ignored, causing deaths, injuries and fire. When we have issues, MOM officers are fucking arrogant, no such thing as QSM. The whole organisation was full of red-tape.

MOM became worse under her care. I wish she spent more time making rights right. Josephine was more interested in photo ops. I don't even want to share the wayang photos that she took in recent years.
