One of the more ulu HDB towns in the west. Teban Garden market has great food at very affordable prices. Total damage here $4.20. Glutinous rice is just $1.20 but damn big portion!

I remember that place once sold $2 wanton mee a few years ago. Medium = $2.50. Large = $3.

Anyway, that place is going to be less peaceful in future as they are building the Jurong Regional MRT Line next to it.
