STRUCK by puppy love, a 16-year-old girl fell to her death from the seventh floor of her apartment when she tried to sneak out to meet her boyfriend of five months, reported Kosmo!
In the 8am incident on Thursday, Siti Khadijah Muhammad used five scarves to scale down the Desa Pandan apartment in Kuala Lumpur.
However, the scarves could not hold the schoolgirl's weight and came undone, plunging her to the bottom of the nine-storey government quarters. Shortly before her death, Siti Khadijah argued with her mother after s
he was barred from seeing her boyfriend so she locked herself in the bedroom.
Her body was found in a pool of blood by neighbours, who then told her father, Muhammad Abd Manaf, 45, of the tragedy.
Muhammad expressed shock that his daughter had resorted to such actions after he disapproved of her relationship with the boyfriend.
