A young girl was struck in the back by an arrow when she was playing with some friends in her family’s Wisconsin backyard,
and police are on the hunt for the person who shot her.
Aryanna Schneeberg remains in fair condition in a Milwaukee hospital after a stray arrow struck her outside of her Campbellsport
home on Sunday evening.
The arrow went through her left lung, spleen and stomach with the tip coming to a stop in the liver, according to doctors who
performed a 2-1/2 hour surgery on the girl.
As of Wednesday, police do not know who shot the arrow. Investigators confiscated a bow and several arrows from a nearby
residence. Those items were sent to a crime lab for analysis.
