Getting Old. Don't sleep much

It's unhealthy not to sleep at least 8 hours. Maybe you should do more exercises to tire yourself, so you can sleep.
Hi broJohnny, I am the reverse....I can't sleep early after a long jog or a football match...a cup of warm milk doesn't help either! Does Yomeishu helps?
 
Cannot go out "tau jiak" . What do you do on sleepless nights?

I still sleep like a baby... 8 to 9 hours of uninterrupted sleep is the norm.

The secret?.....

1) At least an hour of exercise during the day.

2) No alcohol before bedtime.

3) Get your prostate checked and fixed if necessary.
 
6 is enough. you can sleep all you want after you die.
 
Have a Xanax or Loprazolam a day.
 
Think depend on the age group. For me, somewhere between 5-7 hours is enough. In addition, take a short afternoon nap after lunch.

If really cannot sleep, don't force cos' ended up worst. I just watch TV until I doze off.

Yeah. Now getting a little difficult to sleep longer. 5:30 am sunrise and 6:00 am daylight liow.

Was back early last night. Place I went is a British Sports Pub call Sportsman Pub & Restaurant. No wonder my Americano friend give me the vouchers. Only use 1 voucher. 1 pint of Guiness drafe is THB 195. Ordered 2 pint but cannot use voucher for alcoholic beverage.

and it sure to happen when have to wake up 4 o clock to catch morning flight

I've never tried Yomeishu but have noticed that if I'm active during the day I sleep better at night. Also find that I have to exercise or I get edema, this is a buildup of liquid in the legs. Can of course take medication but exercise is better. No need to run a marathon. Just a walk around the neighbourhood.

It's not a good idea to exercise too close to bedtime because when you exercise your body is pumped up with endorphines which is a stimulant. Try to do it in the morning, afternoon or early evening.
 
I sleep 3-4 hrs ave, take panadol if got headache, and take short power naps if tired. Eat only when hungry, no timing.

If you are Worried or excited got problems sleeping. My problem is the construction going on next door:( Now that they are almost done I am getting more sleep:)
This is another price we Sporeans have to pay for the PAP's policy of constant upgrading.
