A couple of my friends runs executive search firms and they coincidently am serving the same German company (DB Shankar) to recruit for an executive.
Even though competing to field the same post for DB SHANKAR they shared information of what went on in th interview and to their surprise, that MNC is just picking information from all the candidates and to learn from them on how to resolve certain problems.
Weeks past and that position is still not being filled and they are advertising again using blind advertisements..
So those of you whom wins an interview session with them, be smart, do not tell them how to solve problems, make them hire you first...
