Gan Siok Hoon
Vice President, Mobile Marketing & Sales

Siok Hoon joined Singtel Group in 1999 and was appointed Vice President, Retail & Channel Sales in April 2016. She is concurrently CEO of Telecom Equipment Private Limited, a fully owned subsidiary of Singtel and a major retailer in the Telecommunications industry. In June 2018, she took on additional portfolio of mobile marketing and now heads the Mobile Marketing & Sales Group.
Prior to this appointment, Siok Hoon headed the Singtel mCommerce team, pioneering mobile payments in Singapore in 2014 and launching mobile remittance services to the Philippines, Indonesia, India and China. She continues to be an advocate in the national mobile payments arena through sharing her expertise via media interviews and industry conferences.
Siok Hoon is currently the Vice President of Singapore Retailer Association, and holds a Master of Science (Management) degree from Stanford University
