Tepco ran out of ideas on how to deal with the radioactive fallout.

The elites running the place are brain-dead zombies who survive on hierarchy power and underhanded power.

The Tepco staff are coward bullies who use cheap unqualified contractors and subcontractors to conduct kamikaze missions to fix their problem.

Tokyo University produces all these dumb graduates who only know how to bully their own people!

Japan is declining in population, declining in economic power (Sony is a good example, Olympus is even better example) and it is living on its savings. Lucky it is still very wealthy. But give it another 10 years and the cracks will appear showing the rot, then we will lose confidence in Japan.
