Leakage problem remains unresolved because HDB officer keeps delaying repairs

Although STOMPer Kenneth has completed all procedures required to get a leakage problem fixed, repairs cannot be carried out because the HDB officer in charge does not seem to care.

As Chinese New Year is just slightly more than a month a way, the problem has become more urgent.

Calls to the officer in charge often go unanswered and appointments made with him are also always cancelled.

Such matters should be posted on YPAP facebook sites. They are self explanatory. HDB and residents are the coalface of society and grassroots have to help. I don't the chaps from YPAP will have any answers and will be embarrassed.
