Fucking cyclist damages car in collision! - Get these morons off the streets NOW!

Probably a Tiong or CECA cyclist. Let's of them in that area. All cycling on the roads without helmet. PAP happily close an eye and little or no enforcement there....
 
All cyclists should dismount from their bicycle and push their bicycle when crossing any pedestrians crossing. Pedestrians crossing are strictly for pedestrians not cyclists.

I never wear helmet when cycling during school days.. Full speed downhill sometimes end up in the bushes where centipedes lurks.
