no people die ... white car driver laughing no big deal .... just pay some $$$$ and can move on like nothing happened ... motor guy near death experience also no problem, live to ride again next day until become pizza .... life goes on like nothing happened. 
You must be kidding. He is driving a BMW, he has the right of way.
