STOMPer Nikki said this is the kind of mess left behind by foreign workers who gather at a playground near Sembawang Hill Food Centre on weekends.

Said the STOMPer:

"I had breakfast this morning at Sembawang Hill Food Centre and saw empty bottles of whiskey, beer and Maggi Mee cups littered all over the children's playground.

"NEA should do something about this as it's an eyesore and a hygiene issue.

"The culprits are usually foreign workers who gather late at night, chatting, snacking and getting drunk.

"While I empathise with their struggles, they should be told to help upkeep their own gathering place.

"I think more can be done to improve these situations as I am sure these scenes happen around our little island."
