STOMPer Kinza wrote to STOMP previously (May 5) regarding the dirty playground at Block 253 in Jurong East Street 24. While it has now been upgraded, the foreigners that congregate there at night continue to indulge in drinking, disrupting the peace and inconveniencing many families.

"They would be drinking liquor and sleeping in the pavilion and it would be noisy. So many Singaporeans end up sitting at the playground while the foreigners occupy the pavilion."

"Many will be waiting for the foreigners to leave, but they won't as they stay there throughout the night. Even the students who intended to study there cannot do so. It is very bad.

"Also, there is only one pavilion, which is insufficient. The Town Council should add more."
