[h=2]My views on how FTs work[/h]

If you’ve observed service personnel at restaurants and food court, you’ll know that:
1) PRCs and pinoys are the most lazy and will only “work hard” when the boss is around
* on several occasions we were at food court the PRCs at our area just pretend not to see us when we waved at her to clear the table. When my colleague went up to tell her to clean the table, she gave the excuse that she’ll come by later after she goes to clean another table. Guess what? She just walked up to another PRC to talk. We were so frustrated, we went to another Singapore old lady and asked her to help clear our table. It was then that we found out they have designated area. But nevertheless, the old lady came to our ares (not her designated are) to clean up, while the 2 PRC B^%#^es continued gossiping and pretending not to see any dirty tables.
* heard too much from my friend whose relative works in casino that employs a lot of pinoys. The pinoy supervisors side with their own kind to allow their own kind to skive but bully non-pinoys by scheduling them the worse possible shifts and tell them off like they are the big boss that owns the casino.
2) 90% Indian nationals from India are clueless but great in re-packaging what others did and do wonderful work in talking their way out of every situations. They only know how to talk but when it comes to working, nothing is completed. Just look at the Asian games few yrs back, they took 7 yrs but still can’t complete the Asian games village, to name a few.
