In GLCs, stat boards and civil services, there are a lot of diligent people getting bullied by SAF paradropped officers. These officers have no experience in corporate world and simply bulldoze their way through like the happy days in army when they demand their subordinates to do this and that.

Ended up, a lot of accounting malpractices emerged, intentional or unintentional, leaving cans of worms in these establishments waiting to explode.
