According to statistics, in 2015 Britain has about 45 to 50 Black and Minority ethnic MPs without using GRC.
If PAP is serious about minority interest and not just using them as a pretext to easily bring in their cronies
they should just tag 1 minority with a incumbent minister.
To put 6 candidates for 1 minority is just plain abuse of the system.
