French President Emmanuel Macron said on Saturday he respected Muslims who were shocked by cartoons of the Prophet Mohammad but that was no excuse for violence, as his officials ramped up security after a knife attack in a French church that killed three people this week.

When I was young, I was taught that terrorists are suppressed people that resorted to violence to make themselves heart.

But when they start to resort to soft-targets such as smuggling children, kill the innocents, i began to wonder what is their ultimate motives? Is it to fight for their cause, or to strike so much fear that sheeps obediently seek protection from politician wolves?
