Four students fighting for their lives after being stabbed in a fight

Four secondary school students have been rushed to hospital after being stabbed during a fight.
The victims, from Fuzhou Fortieth Middle School in Fujian, were knifed in the chest and lungs, according to the local hospital.
They were undergoing emergency treatment on Thursday night, the Southern Metropolis Daily reported.
Police said the attacker wielding the knife was wearing school uniform when he was arrested at the scene, the report said.
Witnesses told the Daily that several students started fighting outside a supermarket close to the school about 6pm on Thursday. A student said one of the victims suffered two stab wounds.

“There was blood all over the ground,” the student was quoted as saying.
The four students who were stabbed were taken to hospital by ambulance, together with another student who was hurt in the fight.
Staff at the Fuzhou Second Hospital told the newspaper that the injured students were rushed to the intensive care unit. At 11pm last night, more than 20 parents and loved ones were waiting anxiously outside the hospital for news. Officials from the local government, education department and school were also present.
Police are still investigating.
