I read before somewhere. For VIP prisoners they have a special single room complete with a fan, a personal shower within that cell, comfortable single bed, a desk and some books for them to read. They do not mingle with other inmates so low chances of Jib Kor being butt fucked inside. Anwar was accorded these privileges when he was incarcerated.
