Food delivery is the new Home Team for Singapore.
Like police, they help stop fights on the streets:

Think National day parade, should have a food delivery contingent to recognize their contribution to safety and security, they do so much good for Singapore.
Maybe, home team call centers can coordinate with food delivery men, if home team ambulance or police cannot attend to emergencies in time, some Grab food riders can be diverted to attend to these emergencies before the police or SCDF crew can arrive.
