Can you force play this or first call / last post during the daily server reboot ? For linux/unix server you can put the mpeg file at the last run level after all systems startup script has been started. I'm not sure what server you using.

You can collect some ads by forcing users to play the prayers before home page can be launched by not allowing to skip the ads just like YouTube.
