I think the bottom line is why is this ex teacher wearing a skirt so short that students can take revealing upskirt pictures? I think teachers themselves should have a dress code since students are required to have one. Some teachers, the young ones, I see today are wearing skirts like they are going clubbing to school. I used to have a teacher in Sec school that never wore a bra. All the guys naturally hover around her. Other teachers wear something low and you can see down their bras when you go up to their desks. Young boys will be young boys. If you remove temptation in the class room then they will simply resort to porn or something else, and save the teacher the embarrassment of an upskirt pic.
