I found that this site does a really good job of addressing and handling topical issues and are not afraid to cover sensitive issues. It also exposes the shenanigans of the PAP and the Government. More importantly it does not report rubbish and falsehoods.

However being out there for over 2 years, I am not sure if they are engaging the public well. I noticed the comments section which drives readers of popular sites to come back again and again is not fully exploited. TRE, TRS etc relied heavily on the comments section to receive more information and also give the public the opportunity to offer their views and vent their frustrations.

Though there is a comment section, it seems so lost way below. I think most readers don't even realise that there is a comment section. I think the lay out is very poor in this respect. I would suggest that they use the space on the right to carry comments or cut out all the clutter at the end of the article so people know there is a comment section.

I would also suggest to have a section that highlights good comments from readers across various topics to encourage more people to offer their views.
