PAP lacks the fighting spirit. Dr Koh Poh Koon left Punggol East to go to a GRC and is now hiding behind PM Lee. Mr Ong Ye Kung lost Aljunied GRC to contest in Sembawang GRC. Why doesn't KPK remain in Punggol East to fight WP's candidate and similarly, why doesn't OYK remain in Aljunied to challenge the WP team. This is not new. In 1988, Mah Boh Tan left Potong Pasir after he had lost to Chiam See Tong in 1984 to be part of the Tampines GRC team. What kind of values is PAP transmitting to Singaporeans? Quit if you can't win and go to a safer seat. Where is the fighting spirit? Would you Singaporeans respect such a party? Please don't tell Singaporeans to show fortitude and fight all the way. Don't blame Singaporeans if they quit for greener pastures elsewhere. Don't blame Singaporeans if they choose the easy way out.
