This 8-16 hours routine is considered fasting?Share my little experience.
Currently i am a little unwell, why , as usual i ate too much, too much for my own good.
So i try to fast the next day, i feel better. then i ate a meal. The "feel better" deteriorate a little but still ok,
Then i don't eat till the next day. I felt good. but i am not 100% recovered yet, maybe 85%.. so i go and eat a ton, then i feel unwell again.. KNN..
so today i don't eat.. only drink water and squeeze-lemon water.. very good.. Then just now, try to have dinner again after spotting a vegetarian stall.. knn after that get a bit of cough. So i rest a little and drink green tea and now drink lemon water.
Tomorrow i want to try the 8-16 routine allow eating during 8 hours and then eat nothing but drink water, lemon water and tea for the 16 hour.. See how it goes.
After I leetire, I only eat when I feel hungry.I eat only when hungry. Not based on time.sometines no. Lunch feel great. Then light dinner.
Good for you. For me, i love eating. I eat more than anyone i encounter. I can eat until i fall sick. So i need to schedule my eating to stay unsick. Good for you. Not me, i eat too much so need a schedule to guide me. I can eat 5 meals a day and is big meals. I eat what 3 person can eat.This 8-16 hours routine is considered fasting?
It is actually about the same as what I had always been doing while I was still working. And in fact I had fasted even longer (by 1 more hour)
I started work at 8am
I never had breakfast for many years
Each time on my way to work, I would pack my lunch from the nearby stall to be taken around 12noon to avoid the lunch crowd.
Before my shift ended, I would walk to the stall to have my dinner at 7pm and walked back to clear my work before ending the work day at 8pm.
Then I went home and sleep and leepeat the same routine the next day.

Women fasting is great too. Less interference. But wanting women gives you great incentives to work harder too.No lah. To be women free is the route to good health. LOL.

My life is different from you. I cycle a lot and i am ok with eating a lot doing that. When i take a break from cycling, and i still eat a lot, then sickness happens. lesson learnt.After I leetire, I only eat when I feel hungry.
So many times I eat just 1-2 meals per day.
This sort of thing is not easy to carry out while still working . We need energy to work and not suka suka can go out and eat.
