I remember during the sixties when I was in primary school, I believe it was 1969, there was a clash between the Chinese and the Malays. I was in the class with some Malay students and we were looking at each other. We played football together everyday and now we were told that the adults are killing each other. I remember that day, all of us stood together and vow that we will be friends no matter what. I am now in my 60’s and that day will forever etched in my memory. See where we are now. Thank you Kojo for highlighting this beautiful relationship we have here amongst all the different races.
