Hi,
I hope with all my heart, you are pro-Singapore….
Look at what you have done in regards to our country. I know (hope) you have the interest of Singapore in heart.
However, your articles have fanned the hatred towards what a lot of us hold dear. You have in part contributed to this ridiculous hatred towards foreigners, you have in part helped a totally useless party in the WP to win a GRC.
You wanna be credible? Report as a neutral party and stop trying to do harm to our nation just so for readership!

Editor’s note: Let’s be clear of one thing. We have not and will not ask any Singaporeans to go hate any foreigners. It is our opinion that majority of the Singaporeans are not xenophobic (i.e, hating anyone or anything foreign). However, worrying, talking and thinking about the foreign influx into Singapore does not make one a xenophobe or even a bigot.
Ed Miliband, who succeeded Gordon Brown as the new Labour Party Chief recently said in a public speech, “Worrying about immigration, talking about immigration, thinking about immigration, does not make them bigots. Not in any way.”
By the way, Labour Party lost in the 2010 UK election. They were the ones who opted for a liberal immigration policy in UK. The current Conservatory/Liberal Govt has to undo some of the Labour Party’s immigration policy.
