Cabby crashed into a HDB pillar

STOMPer Andrew witnessed a cab driver crashing his cab into a HDB pillar in Toa Payoh Lorong 8.

When contacted, the STOMPer said:

"It looks like the cab driver suffered a broken nose. His nose is bleeding.

"I think he accidentally rammed his car up the carpark and into the HDB block."

Meanwhile, STOMPer KV wondered how this accident could happen.

Said the STOMPer:

"I do not understand how this can happen."

The other car could have been just parked there and moved by the cabbie.

1. Black car front damage on the HDB void deck.
2. Taxi crash into HDB pillar front damage with coolant leaking out from radiator.
3. Road and HDB height different about 8cm(must have graet force to move up the car )
4. Distance from kerb to HDB pillar about 8m.( sure have enough time to break right)

How can it happen?
