Extended Shopping Time Started?

I just got back about 2 hrs ago (yes I'm back for the weekend tomorrow night go back Jakarta). I feel like going Orchard Road now for Christmas shopping. Anyone know extended shopping hour started? I like to go Ngee Ann City la.

I'm at City Hall now all shops are closing now. Sigh. Managed to shop an hour. Not enough. Do it tomorrow early. So extended shopping hour still not started. Should be next weekend then.
