Exit Permit Offense? Need Help. Thanks.

My family still living in SG got some nasty letter about exit Permit defense. Mine expired over 3 months ago.

In all honesty I forgot to renew it. Does anyone know what happens now? Can I still renew it online? Need to pay some fine? Will they cancel my passport?
