SINGAPORE - Police have arrested a 25-year-old man for suspected involvement in a series of break-ins and thefts.
On March 30, at around 3.50pm, officers received notification that a restaurant along Jiak Chuan Street was broken into. A laptop valued around $1,200 and a digital music player worth around $400 were reported missing.
