'Money-minded' sign shows $$$ instead of traffic info

STOMPer happydaddy08 spotted this sign while driving
towards the KPE this morning (July 2).
He wrote in
"Shouldn't the traffic sign inform us about traffic
conditions ahead?
"Instead, it is telling us there are $$$ ahead?
