Is the China's Ministry of Commerce demanding that receiving countries pay China migrant workers equal renumeration and benefits for same jobs regardless of nationality?

That's a fair demand.

It will have severe implications for SG's unfair treatment of workers.

Contrary to PAP's claim, I think equal pay for all workers is good for Singapore workers.

With right legislation and political will, equal pay will compel SG bosses to think productivity and prefer SG workers.

Morally, it is the right thing to do and it will help stamp out exploitation of workers

Not too long ago Indon maids were $150 each. Now these lousy maids demand n gets $480 with help from their govt. Ditto for pinay maids who can get up to $520. Our govt, did fuckall to break the duopoly. In fact I think they simply submitted to the bullying! Afterall it is the employers who pick up the tab - govt just relax and collect the levies which have become as indecent as COE. Our govt is expert in making lots of money at our expense. What fucking govt is this?
