I live in China. In China, people like to take laws into their own hands. China’s criminal laws are only 30 years old. For your information, there were no criminal laws before 80s or during Chairman Mao times. A lot of Singaporeans don’t understand the history and development of China.
Singapore has the 999 police call since the British colonial times. Singapore has forensic scientist. In China, the equivalent of 999 is 110. 110 police emergency call is only established in 1984 after much upheavel in the society. The situation was so bad in 1983 that prompted Chair Deng Xiao Ping to establish a police force, forensic science and criminal investigation. Basically, 10 yrs of cultural revolution produced lots of young and rebellous hooligans. By 1983, the society is facing the pressure of lawlessness. In other words, the lawful society is very fresh in the minds of PRC Chinese.
In China, if a man rapes a man, he may get away free because there is no such law to punish man having sex with the same man. A lot of PRC Chinese don’t feel comfortable in society like Singapore or any western countries that respect laws. In China, you can witness people breaking laws everyday. On the roads, traffic or anywhere.

(France, 1 May) – French President Nicolas Sarkozy, seeking support from the far right as he fights an uphill battle for a second term, said Tuesday that his country has too many immigrants and is failing to integrate them…
In a radio interview Tuesday morning, he was asked whether France has too many immigrants, and answered, “yes.”
“Our system of integration doesn’t work. Why? Because before we were able to integrate those who were received on our territory, others arrived. Having taken in too many people, we paralyzed our system of integration,” he said on RMC radio.
“I will never argue for zero immigration, but the reality is that when you invite more people than you can handle, you no longer integrate them,” he said.

i and my fellow sinkies were queueing for our favourte wantoomee....almost half an hour. then came this young FT when his "lawless culture"...he went straight in front of all of us sinkies...and made his order. NO BODY SAID ANYTHING AND NOBODY GOT ANY LAMPARS TO SAY ANYTHING! the FT got what he wanted....and even the bohlampar hawker did not say anything!

this is called embracing in toto the lumparism of the FT's lawless cultural behaviour!!!

and you can find them everywhere getting bolder and bolder. we were all subjected with all sorts of Campaigns and Fines...and now see what is happening. You walk in the park in the morning and you can see massive litterings of all sorts!!!! thanks to the lawless culture of the FTs!!! whom we are repeatedly told to embrace with love and charity....
