Ben Tng 7.25am, I called the 24hrs hotline. I came home at 9.00am. A group of residents was crowding at the lift lobby, wanting to call the town council. I told them I called at 7.25am, and until now nobody came! Residents were worried about young children too. I called the town council at 9.03am, apparently they were aware of the issue. Who says our town council is efficient? 1.5hrs passed, they cannot even get somebody to arrive at the scene.

Ben Tng if it took that long for them to react to a dangerous fault. it means it will take the same amount of time if somebody got stucked in the elevator? somebody has to answer this question........

Ben Tng 7.30am - 1st call to hotline to report the fault.
9.00am - still nothing done. 2nd report.
10.00am - lift under maintenance. somebody came, nor bad.
3.20pm - came back home and lift in operation.
3.28pm - town council called to say the maintenance team working on it! delayed information for sure.
4.00pm - bumped into manager from town council checking the lift. Doesn't has any clue what happened. show him the video on my phone. he was shocked! embarrassed when I questioned him and walked away.
My Town Council...... judge it yourself......

Town Council is only efficient when you owe them money and their collection notice is very efficient. In fact, any gov agency is only efficient when you owe them money. But when they owe you money, they are super slow to react.

I've given on up reversing the 70% vs 30%.....just want to see any of the 70% die a horrible death that's all.

Its the lift door that has fallen off not the landing door. So no holes created. The alarm should hv gone off due to no sensor contact n the lmrs activated. Ems should response faster. Brand looks like made in china honkie compan. Otoh could b the same sigma lift that chop off hand.
