Where are 'no eating' signs on buses? No wonder people are still munching away

There are many signs in the picture reminding commuters of what is prohibited by law, just not the 'no eating' sign.

"It's a common sight at STOMP that pictures and stories here regarding people eating food such as bread in the bus are classified as irresponsible and disobeying the rules.
"But what I have noticed is, there are no longer any signs that states "no eating or drinking. It's only on the older buses that have those signs.
"So is eating really allowed in buses? Or is it a thing of the past?"
