<!-- story content : start -->I LIVE in Tampines Street 22 and right in front of my block is an HDB construction site. Because of the dust generated from the worksite, my wife has to sweep and mop the house at least three times a day.
All other commercial and private construction sites are fitted with anti-dust netting around the whole area. Why is the HDB exempted from doing so at its construction sites? Also, why did the National Environment Agency not take action against the site?
