Due to COVID-19 outbreak, government must provide 3 separate lanes for voting during General elections..
Normal voters will occupy the center lane and to extreme opposite side (opposite to the old) will be those with flu running nose cough/ fever all persons with very verifiable medical certificates.
Both the elderly and the lane for those with fever and flu will be the priority lanes and move the fastest.
The centre lane may feel jealous but this is all part of being Singapore United so everyone can vote even though they may not be feeling well at the moment or have some contagious disease at the moment. The center lane well be the slowest and they will prevent the flu carrying voters from infecting the elderly voters whilst the elections are going on.
Maybe government should even scrap the $50 'fine' for absentee voters since they may absent themselves from voting for one reason or another, such as paranoia about COVID-19 outbreak etc.
