A photo of a drunk Taiwanese man subjected to a makeover as a practical joke by his wife while asleep has gone viral on the internet, with about 40,000 Facebook users "liking" the photo within three hours after it was uploaded, reports our Chinese-language sister paper China Times.
The wife, said to be a former gymnast, disapproves of her husband's habit of drinking after his soccer matches and decided to teach him a lesson while he lay in alcohol-induced slumber.
The wife got out her makeup and proceeded to draw all over his face, giving him huge black eyebrows and large beauty spots. She placed her pink bra over his bare chest for extra effect and posted the results to Facebook.
The soccer-playing husband was a good sport about the prank and laughed off the embarrassment the following morning.
Most internet users who saw the picture appeared to enjoy the joke, though others said they would rather not be privy to the shenanigans couples may get up to in their private lives.
