'Drunk' man arrested for climbing onto roof at Zouk

SINGAPORE - A man who appeared to be drunk tried to climb onto the roof of nightclub Zouk early this morning (June 19), The Straits Times reported.
The 23-year-old was subsequently arrested for criminal trespass.

Police were alerted to the incident at Jiak Kim Street at around 3.45am. The Singapore Civil Defence Force was also deployed, and dispatched a fire engine, a red rhino, three support vehicles, an ambulance and an inflatable safety cushion which was not used.
Police investigations are ongoing.
