Don't discriminate against SINGAPOREANS. At last the government has realised that such a practice has caused workplace problems for Singaporeans. There were 51 cases in the first 9 months of this year.I hope the new guidelines will allay many concerns especially of foreigner managers hiring and promoting their own kind.We must Think Singaporeans First. We must take pride being Singaporeans.
