yeah ... he got the "authority" because he is chosen by the Ah Kong Party ... the party who can do anything it likes... on cooling off day, can campaign and still nothing happens,...can use its SCM newspaper to conduct a "survey" and try to publish results to influence voters and nothing will happen, can sell off a software developed by public funds to its own entity in a clearcut interested party transaction WITHOUT an open declaration of a conflict of interest and nothing will happen........... hahahah

i think he deserves to be taught a lesson... the voters of PE should just vote him out to send a stinging slap to teh PAP so that they better wake up their idea and not treat the voters (and citizens of Singapore) like bloody fools. if you want us to vote for you, you better get a more credible candidate other than a clown who comes across like a sad afterthought from the ranks of PAP lapdogs...
