People used to say never judge a book by its cover. From his look, it may be hard to tell though the hint was written on his face. When Dr Koh speaks, you know you can't be wrong by judging him being cocky, he also appears like no big deal even if he lose. That goes to show how reluctant he was in joining PAP if not for the monetary rewards he was hoping to get after becoming an MP. This kind of material, inside and outside, is a total loser. Punggol East residents are going to lose big if they trust this kind of material. Even LHL also have to put him on probation to check if he is ready to serve or serve properly. Ground feedback is that there may well be protest votes against him for the shabby treatment dealt Laura Ong who apparently worked well with grassroots people for the PAP but was sacrificed to save Michael Palmer who was more elite....
