It is reported in the various papers that Dr Joseph has been arrested and released on bail for an offence under the PEA.
It is also reported that he was warned last year for another offence which he had admitted against an MP. It was a conditional warning which requires among other things that he remains "clean" for a period of 12 months.
Assuming if the police decides to charge him for his present PEA offences with conducting the exit poll, wouldn't it mean also that his previous offence which he got a warning for will also be taken into account?
That means he will be facing 2 charges, if there are no further charges against him from this present investigation.
I think he sure kenna solid solid this time.
