My boy 10y, potentially considering to move to Singapore this Aug. I am currently looking these two options , any honest comments for both will be really appreciated.(Especially for those who are studying in these two

My thoughts:
1. DC, seems more places available, and not require non-refundable application fee and tuition fee is lower(does this mean the scholl is not the most welcomed by parents? Not sure how it goes with the recent taken over by Nord..., feel the facility is bit old
2. Dulwich, seems more selective for the students(based on the assessment need to go thru...), higher IB result , more expensive than DC
