Don't you know there are independent unions in Singapore?
NTUC labour MP spoke out against the employers for using cheap sourcing that are suppressing the wages of outsourced low wage workers and urging the Govt and the National Wage Council to do something about it on Labourbeat blog.
What has the labour MP said got to do with the unions being independent or not? Why is this rubbish site, Act of Singapore, pushing for independent unions which has nothing to do with what the MP said?
Furthermore, there are already a few independent unions around that are not affiliated with NTUC. The most famous one is the Pilots Union, ALPA-S. #Nologic #Fail
