This is pretty tame compared to some S&M stuff I've seen on the net. Ballbusting videos are a pretty common genre. There's one particular favorite clip where the guy is kicked incessantly in the balls for a good 30mins. At the end of the scene, his testicles are seriously red and swollen...ouch!
