My friend is married to an Indonesian Chinese man. He has a tertiary education and has been working in Singapore for a few years on an Employment Pass. They have a young son who was borned in Singapore.
Recently, his application for renewal of his Employment Pass was rejected. MOM advised him to re-apply after May 2011 (a subtle suggestion that it will be approved after May 2011?).
Is this one of PAP's dirty tricks to show and wayang that that there is a reduction in Employment Passes? Is this another trick to hookwink Singaporeans that the PAP is reducing foreign workers ?
And will the PAP open the floodgate again after the General Election?
So, Singaporeans, beware of PAP's dirty tricks before General Election 2011. Dont trust what the PAP says and promises now. Assess PAP on what it has done since 2006:
1. High HDB prices
2. High Inflation Rate
3. Unemployment for Singaporeans
4. High Health Care Cost
5. Road congestion
6. Not enough hospital beds
7. CPF betrayal
8. MRT swamped
9. Cheap foreigners displacing Singaporeans
