I wash when my pajamas can stand straight on their own
 
I've not worn pyjamas since primary school. In Sg, I sleep with just plain white collarless T-shirt and loose shorts. Wash everyday. In Canada, same for summer. Colder months may put on thermal underwear to sleep.

serious..i don't wear pajamas,i always sleep naked with the bolster to hug and of course with my wife under the blanket.
