When Mr Seng Boey Lim did not make it home at the usual time on Monday, his wife and colleague searched for him for four hours.

Worried when their calls to him went unanswered, they called ComfortDelgro and were told that his cab had been found on Gambas Avenue (above).

Mr Seng's wife and his colleague, Mr Lee, went there and found the taxi at the roadside, with its hazard lights on and doors locked. They drove to four hospitals to look for him in vain.

Yesterday morning, the police found Mr Seng's body in the bushes about 5 metres away from his taxi.

Well! Police says crime rates r down and everything is just okey dokey!! As for the riot, it's just another one in 50 years 'spontaneous' event!!
